BookBoys PR has a very simple privacy policy. We ensure that data stored on our website, through emails or by phone calls remain safe with us. Moreover, we also ensure that we don’t send unsolicited advertisement campaigns to our clients, contacts or partners. However, for the purpose of further clarity and a clear understanding, we advise you to read the points given below very carefully.
1. What data do we collect?
We collect data (your name & email address along with your IP address) when you write a comment on any of our posts. It is essential because you cannot make a comment on our blog posts unless you fill the appropriate input fields with required data: name, email and website, along with the comment you make. The website address is not mandatory.
We also collect data (name and email address) when you write an email to us inquiring about our services. This data is stored by default in our email Softwares (such as Thunderbird & Mail). Other than comment and email exchanges, when you make a call on our official number and the conversation leads to a possible deal, we store your name and number for the records and identification purposes.
We don’t store your browser or device information. We don’t use any tracking scripts on our pages and therefore, we neither store nor use information stored by default by the scripts such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
2. How do we use the data?
We use your email address to communicate with you only when you contact us through email. The data that we collect when you make a comment is not used by use to contact or identify you. Your phone number is only used to contact you over calls, messages or WhatsApp platform only when it’s essential because of our association. Otherwise, you will not receive any advertisements from our end unless you agree for it through the appropriate channel.
3. Do we share your data with third parties?
NEVER! Your data remains only with us, BookBoys PR. We may destroy the collected emails and phone numbers when we think we no longer need them after our association with you ends.
4. Do we reveal your details as a client to other clients?
We offer our clients an option to sign a Do Not Disclose agreement with us. This ensures that we don’t reveal our association to anyone. However, if you choose not to sign the DND and you don’t have any issues with your name (and details such as your book and services delivered to you) being revealed to other clients, we will let other clients know the same. So, it’s entirely up to you whether you want your association with us to be hidden from others or be disclosed.
